[STUDIO ZEKLOS]（以下「当方」といいます）は、本アプリにおけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報と利用目的

本アプリが取得・利用する情報は以下のとおりです。本アプリは会員登録機能を持たず、外部サーバーへの通信を行いません。取得した情報はすべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。

(1) カメラおよび顔認識データの利用

ページめくりのジェスチャー操作（首の傾き、手の動き等）を検出するために、カメラへのアクセス許可および端末の視線・顔認識機能を使用します。

• 取得・処理方法: カメラから取得した映像や顔データ（ジェスチャー・姿勢の検出用データ）は、端末上（オンデバイス）でリアルタイムに解析処理されるのみです。

• 保存および共有: 映像、顔データ、ジェスチャーデータが端末内や外部サーバーに保存されることは一切なく、当方や第三者に送信・共有されることもありません。

(2) 写真ライブラリおよびファイルへのアクセス

ユーザーがドキュメントのページとして取り込む画像やファイルを選択するためにアクセス許可を取得します。選択されたデータは本アプリ内のドキュメントとして端末内にのみ保存されます。

(3) ドキュメント・プロファイルデータ

ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成するドキュメント（タイトル・取り込んだページ画像等）、および読み取りプロファイル（ジェスチャー設定・感度設定等）は端末内にのみ保存されます。当方が保有・閲覧することはありません。

(4) 自動的に取得する情報

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツールおよび広告SDK等の第三者サービスを組み込んでいません。そのため、利用状況等が当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。

(今後、解析ツールや広告を追加する場合は、本ポリシーを改定のうえ、取得する情報・提供先を明記します。)

2. 情報の第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。上記のとおり、本アプリは情報を外部に送信する仕組みを持ちません。

3. 情報の保存期間・削除

ドキュメント・プロファイル等のデータは、ユーザーが本アプリ内の削除機能を用いていつでも削除できます。また、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、端末内に保存された全データが削除されます。

4. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

5. ユーザーの権利

本アプリが取得する情報はすべて端末内にのみ保存されるため、データへのアクセス・修正・削除は、アプリ内の操作またはアンインストールによりユーザー自身が常に行うことができます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーの内容を変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内または当方が指定する方法（公式Webサイト等）で公表した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

STUDIO ZEKLOS (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the App as follows.

1. Information Obtained and Purpose of Use

The information obtained and used by the App is as follows. The App does not feature user registration and does not communicate with external servers. All obtained information is stored exclusively on the User's device.

(1) Use of Camera and Facial Recognition Data

To detect page-turning gestures (such as head tilts and hand movements), the App requests camera permission and uses the device's vision and facial recognition features.

• Obtaining/Processing Method: Images and facial data (data used for detecting gestures and poses) obtained from the camera are processed exclusively in real time on the device (on-device).

• Storage and Sharing: Images, facial data, and gesture data are never stored on the device or external servers, nor are they transmitted to or shared with the Provider or any third party.

(2) Access to Photo Library and Files

The App requests access permission to allow the User to select images and files to import as document pages. The selected data is stored exclusively on the device as documents within the App.

(3) Document and Profile Data

Documents created by the User within the App (titles, imported page images, etc.) and recognition profiles (gesture settings, sensitivity settings, etc.) are stored exclusively on the device. The Provider does not possess or view this data.

(4) Automatically Collected Information

The App does not integrate third-party services such as analytics tools or advertising SDKs. Therefore, usage data and other information are not transmitted to the Provider or any third party.

(If analytics tools or advertisements are added in the future, the Provider will revise this Policy and specify the information to be collected and the recipients.)

2. Provision of Information to Third Parties

The Provider will not provide obtained information to third parties, except as required by laws and regulations. As stated above, the App does not possess any mechanism to transmit information externally.

3. Retention Period and Deletion of Information

Data such as documents and profiles can be deleted by the User at any time using the deletion features within the App. In addition, uninstalling the App will delete all data stored on the device.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to any specific age group, and the Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

5. User Rights

Since all information obtained by the App is stored exclusively on the device, the User can access, modify, or delete their data at any time through in-app operations or by uninstalling the App.

6. Changes to This Policy

The Provider may modify the contents of this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy shall become effective upon publication within the App or in a manner designated by the Provider (such as on the official website).

7. Governing Language

This Policy has been executed in the Japanese language. This English translation is provided for reference purposes only. The Japanese version shall serve as the original governing text, and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the Japanese version shall prevail.
