• Q. 端末間でデータは同期されますか？

プライバシー保護と動作スピード最適化のため、データは端末内のみに保存されます（端末間の自動同期には非対応です）。

• Q. カメラやマイクは常に起動していますか？

いいえ。閲覧画面を開いている間のみ安全に作動し、画面を閉じたりバックグラウンドに移動すると自動で停止します。

• Q. アプリを消すとデータはどうなりますか？

端末内保存のため、アプリを削除すると保存データも消去されます。機種変更時はiOS標準のバックアップをご利用ください。

Q. 取り込んだ画像の画質はどうなりますか？

アプリの快適な動作と容量節約のため、表示用に自動調整（縮小）して保存されます。

• Q. 取り込んだ写真やデータは外部サーバーに送信・保存されますか？ 

いいえ、データは一切外部サーバーに送信されません。 

作成したドキュメントやプロファイル、カメラ・音声の処理データはすべて端末内でのみ処理・保存されます。個人情報や大切なファイルがクラウド上にアップロードされることはないため、プライバシーやセキュリティの観点でも安心してお使いいただけます。

• Q. カメラの映像や音声データが外部に漏洩する心配はありませんか？ 

すべてのデータは端末内だけで完結しています。 

SlipTurnは、カメラ画像や音声の解析からドキュメントの保存まで、すべてお客様の端末内のみで処理を行っています。外部サーバーへデータを送信・保管する仕組み自体が存在しないため、プライバシーが守られた状態で安全にご利用いただけます。

• Q. Does data sync across devices?

To protect your privacy and optimize performance, all data is stored locally on your device (automatic cross-device syncing is not supported).

• Q. Are the camera and microphone always active?

No. They operate securely only while viewing a document and automatically stop when you close the screen or send the app to the background.

• Q. What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Because all data is stored locally, deleting the app will erase your saved files. Please use standard iOS backup when switching to a new device.

• Q. What happens to the image quality of imported files?

To ensure smooth app performance and save device storage, images are automatically optimized (resized) for display upon saving.

• Q. Are imported photos or data sent to external servers?

No, your data is never sent to external servers.

All created documents, profiles, and camera/audio processing data are handled and stored entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud, giving you complete privacy and peace of mind.

• Q. Is there any risk of camera footage or audio data leaking?

All data processing remains 100% on your device.

SlipTurn processes everything locally—from camera and audio analysis to document storage. Since there is no system in place to transmit or store data externally, your privacy remains completely safe and secure.
